Individual Counselling
Sometimes, life breaks us open—and healing asks for space, time, and presence. I offer one-on-one counselling for adults navigating:
Grief and loss (including complicated and ambiguous grief), Trauma and post-traumatic stress, Relational wounds and boundary repair, Burnout, anxiety, and nervous system overwhelm, life transitions, identity work, and self-compassion.
My approach integrates somatic therapy, art therapy, polyvagal theory, and compassion-focused practices. You do not need to be “artistic” to benefit from art therapy. All parts of you are welcome here.
Available in-person or online
Session length: 50 minutes
Fee: $150 -$60 -
Art Therapy
Art therapy offers another language for what words can’t quite reach. Through gentle creative exploration, clients often discover deeper insight, emotional release, and a felt sense of safety and expression.
You might use:
Painting, collage, clay, or mixed media, Guided imagery and metaphor, Symbolic art-making to process grief or trauma, Body maps, parts work, and nervous system attunement
This work is not about producing “good” art—it’s about letting something within you take form and be witnessed.
Art therapy can be part of ongoing counselling or offered as standalone sessions.
